Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By signing up for, accessing, or utilizing any services provided by RealHostBD Limited ("RealHostBD", "we", "our", or "us"), including Web Hosting, Domain Names, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Bare Metal, Cloud Storage, or SSL Certificates, you ("Customer", "Client", or "User") agree to be legally bound by the terms detailed herein.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal authorization from an incorporated corporate entity in Bangladesh or their country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and client portal passwords. RealHostBD shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised client credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

RealHostBD infrastructure must be used for lawful purposes only. Hosting, distributing, or linking to the following materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension without prior notice:

• Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM) or deceptive mail marketing schemes.
• Phishing sites, malware distribution, botnet controllers, or ransomware staging servers.
• Pirated software, warez, unlicensed streaming broadcasts, or intellectual property infringements.
• Crypto mining scripts that overload shared CPU resources.
• Content violating the Digital Security Act / Cyber Security Act and laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

4. Billing, Invoicing & Auto-Renewal

Invoices are generated 14 days prior to service expiration. Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, local bank wire, and international credit cards. If an invoice remains unpaid by the due date, an automated grace period of 5 days is granted, after which the hosting service will be automatically suspended. Unpaid accounts beyond 30 days are subject to permanent termination and data deletion.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and business hosting packages qualify for a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with server performance within the first 30 days of initial service purchase, you may request a refund via support ticket.

Note: Domain registration fees (including .com, .net, .bd), Dedicated Server rentals, SSL certificates, and custom software licensing fees are strictly non-refundable due to upstream registry costs.

6. Domain Registrations & BTCL Regulations

Domain names are registered in the customer's name upon receipt of full payment. For Bangladesh country-code top-level domains (.bd, .com.bd, .bangla), registrations are governed by the rules and policies mandated by Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL). RealHostBD assists in submitting paperwork and DNS configuration, but approval and policy compliance rest with BTCL.

7. Backups & Data Integrity

While RealHostBD maintains courtesy daily JetBackup off-site snapshots for shared and managed cloud services, the primary responsibility for backing up critical business data rests with the Customer. We strongly advise clients to routinely download external local backups via cPanel or automated S3 sync.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
